A Gloucestershire based law firm who deal with property matters nationwide is looking for a conveyancer to work either on a full remote or hybrid basis, as preferred. The firm would like to speak to solicitors, licensed conveyancers or legal executives who have a minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing, more particularly in the buy to let/investment work side of conveyancing.
This role will require:
- Excellent client care skills
- A candidate who is willing and able to work to tight deadlines (normal conveyancing timescales do not always apply with investment work)
- Excellent IT skills
- A candidate who either has experience of or will embrace things like digital signing and progressive conveyancing.
The successful applicant will have access to admin and paralegal support to allow the conveyancer to focus on client care and doing the high-level legal work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 45k to 65k depending on experience.
