We're recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our established team and welcome your application. Your responsibilities as a Food and Beverage Supervisor with The Doxford Group include:

  • Supporting the initiatives and objectives of the F&B department.
  • Supervising the food and beverage operation in the absence of the F&B Manager.
  • Leading and motivating the team with daily briefings and training to ensure service of the highest level through teamwork.
  • Maintaining high standards of venue hygiene/cleanliness and keeping cleaning records up to date.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring they are satisfied with their meals and completing customer care checks.
  • Maximising sales.
  • Communicating and co-ordinating with the kitchen effectively.
  • Preparing and executing the entire menu including cocktails and bar snacks.
  • Supporting the delivery of consistently high standards of health and safety and guest satisfaction by ensuring a thorough process of opening and closing duties is carried out.
  • Being flexible and willing to support all other areas of the business.

Working hours are 45 hours per week with a requirement to work weekends. Pay starts from £13.50 per hour.

Ability to commute/relocate: Chathill NE67 5DZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
