Core Purpose
To lead, coordinate and evaluate targetedintervention programmes that remove barriers to learning and improve outcomesfor vulnerable students, including those with SEND, disadvantaged pupils,pupils with attendance concerns and those at risk of disengagement, suspensionor exclusion.
The Intervention Manager will workcollaboratively with pastoral, safeguarding, SEND and curriculum teams toensure students receive timely, effective and evidence-informed support thatenables them to achieve, belong and thrive.
