What skills and experience we're looking for

Purposeof the Role

Tosupport the school in maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement bysupervising students in the Refocus Room, implementing effective interventions,and working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies topromote positive behaviour and reduce suspensions.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
