The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
If you have experience working on the phone in Sales or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

Start date: Beginning of October 2025
Salary: £13,20 – 14,30 per hour / £24,000.00 – £26,000.00 per year (based on experience) + monthly bonus potential
This is an initial temporary project (approx. 6–8 weeks) with the strong possibility of extension, depending on performance and business needs.

Your day to day will involve:
- Contact and engage potential customers from Germany to create new sales opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
The ideal candidate must have:
- Ability to speak fluent German and English to a business level (mandatory)
- A professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Conscientiousness and drive
- Able to take on feedback and apply it effectively
- Previous telesales/consultancy experience
- A-levels or above academic qualifications
