The Teen Project CIC is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to support our 6-week Confidence Course, designed to empower teenage girls through movement, mindset, and mentorship. Our ethos lies in the intersection of mental and physical health, helping girls develop resilience, self-confidence, and positive habits that last a lifetime.

Your Role:
- Deliver interactive and engaging group sessions
- Support and encourage teenage girls to build confidence and resilience through mental and physical well-being strategies
- Provide 1-1 mentorship support and serve as a positive role model
- Help track progress and contribute to impact reports
- Engage in fundraising conversations to support the sustainability of our programmes
- Collaborate with schools, community providers, and similar organisations to enhance programme impact
Who We’re Looking For:
- Must have a valid driving license and access to transport
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students in Psychology, Sports Science, Sports & Exercise Psychology, or similar fields
- Individuals with a strong interest in mental and physical well-being
- Passionate about supporting teenage girls’ confidence and self-esteem
- Reliable, empathetic, and keen to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
Location & Commitment:
- Sessions take place in schools and community settings across Surrey and surrounding boroughs
- Ideal for students seeking degree placements, internships, or voluntary experience. Placement length will be discussed based on individual availability and needs
