We are delighted to have partnered with a fast-growing Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specialising in Microsoft Security solutions, who help organisations strengthen their cyber resilience and maximise value from their Microsoft investments. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customers achieve measurable security maturity improvements. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively review client environments and practices to ensure they are gaining maximum value from Microsoft security services and solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the wider sales team to convert these into revenue.
- Educate customers on services, Microsoft security capabilities, and emerging threats to support informed decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver structured account plans for each customer, aligned to their business and security objectives.
- Articulate and track each customer’s cyber security maturity, providing guidance on improvement areas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring issues and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.

- Proven experience in account management and growth within cyber security.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Ability to understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and technical environments.
