They are driven to help protect organisations against the rising threat of cyber-attacks in an ever-evolving digital world. As they continue to scale, they are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Solutions Architect responsible for driving the design, delivery, and optimisation of secure, scalable cloud environments.

As a Solutions Architect, you will leverage your consulting expertise to design and deliver tailored technical solutions that translate business requirements into impactful outcomes, while managing stakeholders and influencing decisions. The role involves collaborating with Innovations, Service Owners, and Operations to propose Microsoft Security services that meet specific customer needs.

What you’ll do

  • Technical Solutions & Demonstrations: Demonstrate, present, and whiteboard Microsoft Security solutions, ensuring technical clarity and efficacy. Address and eliminate technical blockers.
  • Internal Advocacy: Promote solutions internally to ensure smooth adoption and execution.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all customer-facing documents are technically accurate, encompassing scope, timelines, and budgetary outlines.
  • Service Offerings Creation & Update: Collaborate on the creation and enhancement of service offerings to keep them at the pinnacle of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Technical Consulting: Offer expert technical consultation to both existing and potential customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID and Purview.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a consulting capacity.
  • Proven proficiency in document creation and writing.
  • Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in overseeing technical projects and customer solution development.
  • A history of proactive technical readiness, coupled with an enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and features.
