This is a senior leadership position that plays a central role in influencing and delivering the global data and platform operations strategy.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the CIO, you will:
- Lead the evolution of the data and application portfolio, defining a clear end‑to‑end strategy while working closely with vendors.
- Develop, empower, and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of professional development.
- Drive efficiency improvements across the data and application estates.
- Enhance BI capabilities by adopting modern technologies, strengthening data governance, and ensuring high‑quality data.
- Increase usability and automation across core systems and processes, enabling sustainable business growth.
- Strengthen assurance and resilience across the data and application estate by implementing robust IT controls and compliance.
Experience Required:
- Proven success delivering data and application strategies, at scale in a global organisation.
