We’re looking for a Junior Sales Support Executive to join us at TEAM - the UK’s largest network of independent recruitment businesses. You will play a key part in helping us continue to grow, ensuring warm leads are followed up, conversations increase and members/service partners receive an exceptional experience. In return, along with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive:

What you’ll be doing as Junior Sales Support Executive at TEAM?

  • Introductory outreach to target clients to book appointments for Head of Sales.
  • Coordinating with prospects through LinkedIn, phone calls, Teams calls and email.
  • Helping to nurture leads at all stages of the sales cycle to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring all leads, conversations and tasks are logged and up to date.
  • Drafting and sending professional follow-up messages and appointment confirmations.
  • Supporting with event admin, webinar attendance follow-ups and data clean-ups.
