As a leading provider of staff to schools for the past 26 years, we are continuously looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools throughout Chester, and Cheshire West areas. A Teaching Assistant (TA) supports teachers and helps children with their educational and social development.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students one to one or in small groups.
  • Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks.
  • Assisting teachers to plan learning activities and complete records.
  • Supporting teachers in managing classroom behaviour.
  • Supervising group activities.
  • Providing support to children with SEND.
  • Clearing away materials and equipment after lessons.
