As a leading provider of staff to schools for the past 25 years, we are continuously looking for eperienced Learning support assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) to work in schools throughout Chester, Cheshire Wirral, North Wales and Liverpool. An LSA and a TA will support teachers and helps children with their educational and social development from 5 to 19 years. Main responsibilities include: Responcibilities, * Supporting students one to one or in small groups. * Working in the classroom or SEND classrooms and wellbeing rooms across the school. * helping children who need extra support to complete tasks, may be asked to look over other children to support or assist. * may have some personal student care experience. * assisting teachers to plan learning activities and complete records. * supporting teachers in managing classroom behaviour. * supervising group activities * clearing away materials and equipment after lessons * giving constructive and guided feedback to students both written and verbally * attending departmental meetings and communicating effectively with team members. * encouraged to share best practice within and beyond the departmen*Payment scale advertised is based upon the qualification and or experience
