The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.
We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and hard-working ECTs to join our team and work across a wide range of secondary schools throughout Cheshire and the surrounding areas. You will be ambitious, passionate about teaching, and confident in delivering engaging lessons within your subject specialism. We are recruiting across all subject areas.
Responsibilities
- Planning, delivering and marking lessons
- Providing constructive written and verbal feedback to students
- Using formative and summative assessment to monitor and support progress
- Attending departmental meetings and communicating effectively with parents and carers
- Sharing best practice within and beyond the department
- Leading extracurricular and enrichment activities to extend learning beyond the classroom
Qualifications / Requirements
- Hold a PGCE with a relevant bachelor’s degree, a Bachelor of Education, or international equivalent
- Hold an up-to-date DBS certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- Possess excellent subject knowledge
- Have a strong understanding of the British Curriculum
- Maintain high standards of classroom practice
- Work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues
The advertised pay scale is based on the Teacher Pay Scale from M1 to M6. Actual pay will reflect relevant teaching experience.
