We are TBCo, a B Corp-certified brand on a mission to create easy-to-style statement pieces that elevate your outfit and home. We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Ecommerce Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience with a growing global brand. Inspired by individuality and designed to make an impact, we craft high-quality, design-led products that empower self-expression and connect people with items that stand the test of time. This is a paid 6-12 month internship within a creative and collaborative environment, offering real experience in e-commerce, online trading and digital product management.
Responsibilities
- Support with product uploads across our UK, US and ROW websites, ensuring product information is accurate and consistent.
- Assist with updating product descriptions, pricing, imagery, tags and categorisation within Shopify.
- Support day-to-day site merchandising, helping to keep collections organised, easy to shop and visually aligned with the brand.
- Help prepare the website for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions and sale activity.
- Carry out regular website checks to ensure products, prices, imagery, links and collection pages are displaying correctly.
- Support with image updates across product pages, collections and key areas of the site.
- Assist with maintaining product data across spreadsheets, Shopify and internal systems.
- Work closely with the ecommerce, marketing and content teams to ensure the website reflects current brand and commercial priorities.
- Support the wider team with general ecommerce admin and ad hoc website updates.
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in e-commerce, fashion, interiors and digital retail.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and product information.
- A strong visual eye and an interest in how products are presented online.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and get stuck in.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well across a team.
- An organised approach, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately.
- Previous experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is helpful, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.

- Location: Edinburgh, at our Leith studio
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
- Contract: Paid 6-12 month internship
- Reports to: Web Team Leader
- Compensation: £13.45 per hour
