The Tartan Blanket Company in Edinburgh is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy and drive profitable growth across markets.

You will manage external agencies while staying hands-on in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Shopping to optimize campaigns and test creative with our Brand and Design teams.

You’ll balance budget, ROAS targets and trending channels (Tik Tok/Pinterest) while forecasting performance and reporting across UK, US and EU markets.
