The Tapa Republic in London’s City centre is seeking a Head Server to lead our waiting staff during peak hours. The role requires a minimum of two years of professional server experience and strong interpersonal skills to perform well under pressure.
You will supervise the team, train new staff, ensure accurate order recording and adherence to food safety standards, and help with opening and closing duties. This is a part-time position with immediate start, paying from £14 per hour.
