Video Production Manager Salary Range – £42,000 to £45,000 The Tank Museum\’s innovative and award-winning marketing team is highly regarded in the arts and culture sector across the globe. Responsible for the promotion of The Tank Museum, they work on and offline to raise public awareness of the museum, its collections, exhibitions, events, membership schemes, and other revenue-generating functions. The Tank Museum boasts the biggest and most engaged YouTube audience of any Museum in the world, with over 1m subscribers and 350m channel views. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Engagement to deliver The Tank Museum\’s industry-leading YouTube strategy. They will also lead the Media Team in the production of content and in the management of The Tank Museum\’s long-form video production, delivering excellent results in the successful engagement of its audiences. This role will suit an ambitious, enthusiastic and creative media production professional. It\’s an exciting, hands-on role that requires a combination of practical and creative production skills, attention to detail and leadership abilities. A solid understanding of the YouTube ecosystem and the ability to interpret data to improve decision-making and outputs is essential, and script writing/editing skills will be a distinct advantage. Due to the nature of this role remote working will not be considered, but we are open to discussing flexible working around the requirements of the role.
