We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to provide an excellent customer drinking experience. We need an energetic and confident individual, someone who has an excellent track record in hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. Our focus is on professionalism and providing a superior customer experience.

The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge about Wines, Spirits, Cocktails and other drink ingredients. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Attributes and experience required:

  • At least 1 years' Bar Supervisory experience
  • An unquestionable passion for customer service, standards and professionalism
  • Clean and tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
  • Excellent cocktail and wine experience/knowledge
  • An approachable manner and a "can-do" attitude
  • Able to organise time effectively, forward plan and prioritise tasks
  • An eye for detail and the ability to drive consistent standards
  • The ability to delegate, take instruction and think on your feet whilst under pressure
  • Ability to handle cash and complete End Of Night cash ups
