They’re now looking for a Supply Planning Lead to take ownership of supply planning, ensuring smooth operations across their product range, while driving efficiency and innovation within their growing supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔗 Global Supply Planning & Inventory:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party manufacturers and suppliers.
- Oversee product and component ordering, production scheduling, and inventory levels.
- Optimise stock across all locations, minimising overstock and avoiding out-of-stock situations.
💡 Strategy & Optimisation:
- Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics, supporting the achievement of KPIs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, NPD, and Logistics teams to ensure supply plans align with business goals.
👩 💼 Team Management:
- Manage and mentor Supply Chain Executives, guiding them on projects and day-to-day operations.
- Act as the escalation point for supply chain challenges, ensuring solutions are found quickly.
What We’re Looking For:
🌟 5+ years of supply chain experience, ideally within FMCG, beauty, skincare, or personal care.
