Lead strategic category partnerships across three major customers, including one of the Top 4 UK grocery retailers, through data-led insights and consistent engagement.
Manage and develop a high-performing Category Manager, supporting their growth and success.
Create and execute retailer-specific category growth plans that deliver real commercial impact.
Manage relationships with key insight agencies to ensure high-quality, actionable data.
Optimise key category levers—range, space, visibility, and promotions—to drive performance.
Translate data into compelling insights that shape internal and customer-facing strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align category, shopper, and brand strategies.

Proven experience in a customer-facing Category or Insights role within FMCG.
