We’re working exclusively with an iconic international business on the search for an HR & Payroll Coordinator to join their People team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a couple of years work experience looking to build a career in HR. You’ll work closely with senior HR leaders and wider business stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in HR Operations, with exposure across payroll, systems, contracts, and benefits. This is a high-support, high-expectation environment – ideal for someone sharp, curious, and ready to learn fast.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with payroll input and benefit administration, helping rationalise and streamline global offerings
  • Support contract administration and manage relationships with third-party vendors
  • Help maintain and improve the HRIS (SAP) and reporting tools like Power BI
  • Coordinate and support both internal and external training programmes
  • Assist in the implementation of global HR projects – including onboarding and a new benefits platform
  • Provide general HR admin support, with the potential to grow into a broader operational or generalist HR role

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree educated – this role requires strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience in an HR, admin, or operations support role
  • Comfortable working with data, systems and ideally some exposure to SAP or Power BI
  • High attention to detail, great organisational skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Someone with ambition – this is a 1–2 year stepping stone into broader UK or EU HR roles
