Job Description

A fast-growing and globally recognised consumer brand is looking for a People Partner to join their dynamic People Team based in the heart of London until March/April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy of a business that thrives on creativity, high performance and pushing boundaries.

Working closely with Sales leaders, you’ll act as a strategic advisor, aligning people practices with business priorities, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring the organisation remains agile and future-ready. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering & Coaching

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning people strategies with business goals.
  • Coach leaders to build collaborative, high-performing teams.
  • Bring insight, challenge, and influence to elevate leadership effectiveness.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Shape and deliver robust talent strategies across your business area.
  • Lead succession planning and talent reviews to future-proof the organisation.
  • Build and sustain talent pipelines for critical roles.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to craft targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Support organisational design and strategic workforce planning.
  • Ensure the recruitment experience reflects the brand’s high standards and values.

Learning & Development

  • Identify and address capability gaps and development needs.
  • Deliver high-impact learning interventions that enhance leadership and performance.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations issues with fairness and integrity.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Act as a mediator and solution-seeker in complex interpersonal matters.

People Insights, Analytics & Budgeting

  • Turn people data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and organisational health indicators.
  • Manage headcount and budget planning within your remit.

Project & Change Leadership

  • Lead or support key HR projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive process improvement and ensure policy compliance across the function.
  • Be a catalyst for change in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven coaching capability, with experience developing senior leaders and teams.
  • Expertise in talent strategy, succession planning and L&D.
  • Solid experience in employee relations and organisational culture development.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Highly organised, agile, and solutions-focused – thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Experience supporting growth and transformation in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Knowledge of trends and dynamics within FMCG or consumer brands a plus.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central London – Hybrid

Employment Type: FTC OR PAYE

Salary: c£70,000+ bonus OR £400 daily rate
