My client is looking for a commercially sharp International Account Manager to join their mission-led, values-driven natural food business based in London. The SME brand is renowned across UK and Europe for its high-integrity, organic pantry staples and a product range inspired by traditional food cultures.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio spanning multiple European territories, working with wholesale distributors, national retailers, and a few manufacturer clients. The role blends strategic account management with trend-spotting and commercial growth—perfect for someone who’s curious, data-literate, and values strong, collaborative customer partnerships.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of international wholesale and retail accounts across Europe
- Identifying growth opportunities through category, market and sales data
- Building close relationships with customers and understanding their markets and cultures
- Promoting a product range rooted in tradition, sustainability, and plant-based nutrition
- Representing the brand at trade shows and customer meetings across Europe
✨ We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 2+ years of international account management experience (wholesale or FMCG)
- Knows their way around the organic, natural or specialty food world
- Brings a curious, analytical and commercially-minded approach to growth
- Has a genuine appreciation for Asian cuisine or plant-based food culture
