Join a Market-Leading Healthy Eating Brand on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract, ideally starting Mid – late August (some flexibility on this).
An exciting opportunity has emerged at a fast-growing, category-leading SME in the healthy eating space. With a diverse range of ready-to-eat products, this brand has established itself as the clear market leader in its category, boasting nationwide listings in all major UK retailers and expanding globally at an impressive +20% YoY growth.
As the FTC Head of Marketing you\’ll play a pivotal role leading the Brand, Innovation and Creative teams, reporting directly to the MD with the following responsbilities:
Team Leadership : Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team through clear objectives, performance management, and support for personal growth.
Brand Strategy : Build and execute data-driven brand plans that align with business goals, acting as a passionate ambassador for the brand.
Campaign Execution : Oversee the creation, delivery, and analysis of impactful brand and NPD campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Product & Insights : Drive consumer research and work cross-functionally to support core range performance and innovation success.
Budget & Agency Management : Manage a Β£1.5m+ marketing budget and agency relationships to ensure efficient spend and support for growth initiatives.
What we\’re looking for:

οΈ FMCG SME or Bigger business industry experience
οΈ Food experience or a passion for is a must!
