We are partnering with an exciting, high-growth food business looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join their finance team during a pivotal scale-up phase. Backed by a prominent family office, they’re redefining modern food experiences across events, festivals, QSR, and restaurants—with plans to double revenue this year. You’ll report directly to the Finance Director and own core FP&A functions across a multi-site, multi-channel operation. From budgeting and cash flow to forecasting and performance modelling, your insights will shape commercial decisions and fuel growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across restaurants, kiosks, catering, and events
  • Build financial models, scenario plans, and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly cash flow and identify liquidity risks
  • Analyse site-level performance, margins, capex ROI, and JV cash flows
  • Partner with operations and commercial teams on pricing, feasibility, and business planning
  • Create and deliver KPI dashboards (Power BI) and monthly exec packs
  • Track free cash flow and provide strategic recommendations

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in FP&A, ideally in hospitality, food service, FMCG, or multi-site retail
  • Strong Excel modelling skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to partner across teams
  • Someone on short notice or open to starting sooner than three months
