Commercial Manager (NAM) – OOH
UK-based (1-2 days office contact – Midlands )
£50,000-65,000 + car allowance + bonus
My client is a leading name in the UK food manufacturer sector (retail & foodservice), supplying their high-quality brand into the pub, restaurant, contract catering, and QSR channels — and they are growing.
To keep up with demand and push into new territory, they are on the hunt for a commercially driven, relationship-led Commercial Manager to take the reins across key OOH customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of national and regional foodservice customers
- Building JBP plans and driving customer engagement across the Out of Home space
- Identifying white space and new business opportunities in the channel
- Working closely with marketing, category, and culinary teams to bring solutions to life
- Reporting into the OOH Controller and playing a key part in shaping strategy
✅ You’ll Need To:
- MUST have experience managing OOH accounts in FMCG food or drink (pubs, QSR, wholesale, or contract catering)
- Be confident owning P&L and building long-term partnerships
- Be commercially sharp, curious, and customer-first
- Love food and want to be part of a business making a real impact in the sector
