Pontoon is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join the People Operations team on a 6-month contract in Warwick. You will manage HR records, handle HR cases, and deliver accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle using Workday and other systems.
The role is hybrid with 2–3 days on site and requires strong HR coordination experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to support managers and colleagues.
