The Role People Partner Interim 3-6 months, up to £197 per day PAYE, Bristol, Hybrid - potential to extend or go permanent.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a busy People Services team as a People Partner.

Working closely with Managers and leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert advice and support on a broad range of employee relations and workforce matters.

You will manage a varied caseload of complex HR issues, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance management and organisational change programmes.

The Successful Candidate Will Also Partner with managers to identify workforce trends and develop practical solutions.

Lead and support change initiatives, restructures and consultation processes.

Coach and influence managers to build people management capability.

Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support equality, diversity and inclusion objectives across the organisation.

Deliver training and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice.

Role What you’ll need to succeed Ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or working towards completion.

Up-to-date knowledge and experience of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Significant experience managing complex employee relations casework.

Experience supporting organisational change, restructures and workforce planning activities.

Solid track record of working in HR/ER in UK organisations.

Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working within a large and complex organisation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends.

A proactive, pragmatic and customer-focused approach.

Experience within a large public sector, education, healthcare or similarly complex environment could be advantageous.
