Elevation HR are working with a highly successful FMCG business on the M62 corridor east of Wakefield as they look to appoint an HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor, you will be hands on managing an ER caseload, whilst reporting to an exceptional HR lead who will be keen to support you in your career.
As part of a major group with multiple sites, there will be further opportunities for you to develop your career in the future.
In this fully onsite role, you will be responsible for
- Providing advice and guidance on a broad range of day-to-day HR queries.
- Managing employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries and other HR matters.
- Supporting managers with sickness and attendance management, including liaising with Occupational Health where required.
- Coaching and developing line managers to effectively manage people-related matters.
- Supporting recruitment for production roles, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews.
- Delivering upskilling sessions and practical HR training for line managers.
- Supporting the HR Manager with a range of site-based and wider group HR projects.
This role requires an HR generalist who enjoys challenging conversations, working at pace, working on high-volume ER cases and being on site developing relationships with key line managers.
