The Role

You will play a central role in designing, coordinating and promoting high‑quality learning experiences for colleagues across the Trust. This is a varied, impactful position combining L&D coordination, digital learning design, apprenticeship administration, event organisation and HR support. A key part of the role is supporting our Trust‑wide Learning Communities - specialist professional networks that bring colleagues together to share expertise, strengthen SEND practice and drive collaborative improvement. Your work will help create a consistent, high‑quality professional development experience across all schools in the Trust. You will help build a culture of continuous learning by developing engaging resources, maintaining effective systems, supporting leadership and workforce development initiatives, and ensuring colleagues have access to meaningful professional development throughout their employment.

  • Learning Design: Create blended learning resources, toolkits, guides and digital content.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate workshops, inductions and development sessions.
  • Apprenticeship Administration: Manage DAS processes, monitor levy usage and support apprentices.
  • Learning Communities: Coordinate Trust-wide SEND Learning Communities, meetings and communications.
  • HR Support: Provide first-line HR support, recruitment administration and onboarding coordination.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Monitor mandatory training, follow up compliance and produce reports.

About You

  • A proactive, collaborative and customer‑focused approach
  • Commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and SEND
  • Desirable: CIPD Level 3, experience designing training, apprenticeship knowledge, LMS experience
