The Talent World is partnering with an international organisation to appoint a Compensation Specialist based in the North East (UK). You will lead the design and ongoing management of compensation frameworks and total reward strategies across UK and Europe, collaborating with HR, Talent Leaders and Finance.
You will manage end-to-end pay review and bonus cycles, conduct job evaluations, analyse market data, ensure governance and compliance, and support data accuracy between HR systems.
