If so, join us as our HR Manager (multi-site) covering multiple contracts!

In this dynamic, multi-site HR Manager role, you’ll be at the heart of the action—partnering with leaders, coaching managers, and delivering expert HR support across a busy transport operation in the North/North-West. From handling employee relations and shaping people strategy, to driving engagement, leading change, and supporting exciting projects like TUPE and new business wins, no two days will be the same. This is a full time, permanent position with contracted hours of 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 17:00 - flexibility for business needs required). This role requires travel and comes with jobs need car (covering North/North-West).

Pay, Benefits and More

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.

  • Support change and growth; playing a key role in projects, recruitment, and developing future talent pipelines.
