Location: Solihull (Hybrid working - minimum two days per week in the office)
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexibility around start and finish times), Early finish on Fridays at 4:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing recruitment campaigns from initial vacancy through to successful onboarding
- Writing engaging job adverts and promoting opportunities across a variety of recruitment channels
- Proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates
- Coordinating interviews and keeping recruitment processes moving smoothly
- Building positive relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process
- Preparing offers, contracts and onboarding documentation
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and ensuring new starters are ready for day one
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and producing regular recruitment updates
- Working collaboratively with managers to understand hiring requirements and future recruitment needs
- Looking for ways to continually improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

- You’ll probably already be working within recruitment, talent acquisition or HR and be looking for a role where you can take more ownership whilst working for an employer that genuinely values its people.

- Previous experience supporting or coordinating recruitment activities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A confident and professional communication style
- Strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to build positive relationships with people at all levels
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and recruitment or HR systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently
- Experience coordinating compliance or onboarding activities would be advantageous, although not essential
