About You

You’ll come from a hands-on industrial/manufacturing/engineering or operational environment and be comfortable operating within a complex, fast-moving business. Proven experience operating as a Learning & Development Manager within a commercially driven organisation. Resilient, credible and confident enough to challenge, influence and build trust across all levels of the organisation. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across both operational and leadership populations. Public sector and heavily corporate environments are unlikely to align with the realities of this workforce.
