  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming system queries, resolving requests or escalating more complex issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, system structures and training management information.
  • Produce and maintain a catalogue of reports, providing accurate information to internal customers when required.
  • Support regular system upgrades through testing and identification of potential issues.
  • Assist with system configuration, new functionality trials and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and support continuous improvement across the function.
  • What we’re looking for in a People Systems Administrator
  • Previous HR or payroll systems administration experience, including system configuration and maintenance.
  • Practical experience working across HRIS platforms and supporting system updates or upgrades.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills with experience analysing, maintaining and reporting on data.
  • Experience managing system queries and communicating technical or data-related information clearly.
  • Evidence of managing competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
