  • HR Business Partner - Operational Focus
  • 2 year FTC
  • Nottinghamshire - Hybrid Working (typically 2 days in the office)

Full time - flexible working hours I'm working exclusively with an organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to provide immediate cover within a busy and supportive HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who can quickly build relationships, work independently and provide a proactive and operational HR service from day one.

The role will involve

  • Partnering with managers to provide expert HR advice and support.
  • Managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Leading on organisational change and TUPE activity.
  • Supporting performance management, employee engagement and workforce planning.
  • Coaching and developing managers on people-related matters.
  • Contributing to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has at least 5 years' experience working as an HR Generalist
  • Has significant experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Ideally has previous TUPE experience
  • Can confidently influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.

Experience is essential for this role.

A CIPD qualification is welcomed but not essential if you have the right level of experience.
