Location

Northampton (Office Based) - must be residing in or in a close commuting distance to Northampton to be considered Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for

Recruitment Coordinators to join a brand-new recruitment team in Northampton.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly created function, helping to shape the way recruitment is delivered while making a tangible impact from the outset.

Working closely with account management, onboarding and operational teams, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and onboarding candidates across a variety of workforce groups.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing recruitment activity across a range of staffing groups.
  • Reviewing applications and assessing candidate suitability.
  • Conducting candidate screening calls and guiding applicants through the recruitment process.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates from application through to onboarding.
  • Building talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure recruitment plans align with workforce demand.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities and maintaining regular contact with candidates throughout their journey.
  • Managing candidate records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.
