The Talent World in Newcastle is seeking a seasoned People Relations Manager for a permanent, full-time role within the People & Culture team. You will provide expert Employee Relations support on complex ER and Industrial Relations matters across a large, multi-site organisation.

You will work closely with senior leaders, advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance issues, helping drive policy development and supporting organisational change, TUPE and redundancy projects.
