Client Details
We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join an established HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you'll provide expert HR support across a broad range of people matters, helping to drive organisational objectives and support ongoing people initiatives.
Description
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver strategic and operational HR support.
- Lead on complex employee relations matters, investigations and hearings.
- Support organisational change programmes, restructures and workforce initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including trade union representatives.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, policy and people-related risks.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and organisational development activity.
Profile
You'll Be An Experienced HR Business Partner With
- Proven success operating in a business partnering role within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong employee relations expertise and experience managing complex casework.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
- CIPD membership or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in the Higher Education and Training sector or Not For Profit or similar
