I am delighted to be exclusively supporting a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive team. This is an excellent role for someone looking to build their HR career, gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, and develop within a fast-paced environment. Working from a lovely office with a friendly team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of HR activities, with plenty of support, guidance, and opportunities for progression.
The Role
This is a varied, generalist HR role where no two days will be the same. You will support across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
- Supporting recruitment processes, including screening and coordination
- Managing onboarding processes from start to finish
- Supporting offboarding and ensuring leavers are processed accurately for payroll
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives
- Supporting internal promotions and employee changes
- Helping with learning and development activities
- Supporting employee engagement, reward, and benefits initiatives
- Working closely with the wider HR team on day-to-day priorities
You will be involved in meetings, conversations, and projects from the outset, giving you valuable exposure to the wider HR function and the opportunity to make a real impact.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing their HR career and enjoys working with people. You will ideally have:
- Some HR administration experience, or a relevant HR qualification (completed or currently working towards)
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A proactive, task-focused approach with the ability to manage deadlines
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
- A genuine interest in building a career within HR
