Compliance Administrator – Temporary with Permanent Opportunity
I’m currently working in partnership with a brilliant organisation that’s looking to add an organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to their established and friendly compliance team. This is a temporary position with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent, and you’ll receive full training and ongoing support from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Completing and monitoring compliance checks using internal systems
- High-volume data entry, updating records, and maintaining accuracy at all times
- Managing spreadsheets and tracking changes efficiently
- Carrying out online research to identify relevant parties and required information
- Assessing data for inconsistencies or discrepancies and escalating when appropriate
- Handling sensitive and confidential information in line with internal procedures
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance tasks are completed smoothly
- Providing daily updates and ensuring records are kept current
What We’re Looking For
- Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail – this is essential
- Confident IT ability, particularly Excel, with a high level of competence required
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Previous experience in a compliance, administration, or regulated environment would be advantageous, though not essential
