Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join an established Fire & Security company based in Leicester.

You will play a key role in leading the HR function, supporting managers across the business and overseeing the full employee lifecycle.

If you have strong employee relations experience, people management skills and a passion for developing HR processes, then this role is for you!

Qualifications

Essential

  • Previous experience working as an HR Manager or in a senior HR position
  • Experience managing and developing a HR team
  • Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident minute-taking and document management skills

Desirable

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
  • Proactive and professional approach with excellent organisational skills
  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR function, providing both strategic and operational HR support across the business.
  • Supervise and develop two direct reports within the HR department, supporting their ongoing performance and development.
  • Oversee the HR Training Coordinator/Administrator and support learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, probation reviews and employee progression.
  • Support managers with employee relations matters, providing practical HR advice and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and compliance across the department.
  • Confidently take minutes during formal HR meetings and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
