  • Description
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and international locations, including the US, Middle East and South Africa.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates through headhunting, networking and talent mapping techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct market mapping exercises to identify key talent and competitor landscapes.
  • Drive direct hiring strategies to reduce reliance on external agencies.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of centralised recruitment processes across global teams.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, balancing both high-volume and specialist recruitment requirements.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Track recruitment activity and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience mapping talent markets and building pipelines for specialist or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Confident managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.
  • Commercially minded, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience recruiting within creative, marketing, digital, sport, fashion, or consumer-focused environments would be advantageous.
