Location: Ipswich Salary: Β£29,000 - Β£34,000 per annum DOE Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday role

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a generalist HR professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting managers, and delivering practical HR solutions across a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Produce HR reports and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR projects, policies, and continuous improvement activities.

About You

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified or equivalent HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience advising managers on employee relations matters.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
