This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Analyst to join a leading bank renowned for its collaborative, people-first culture.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the development and management of the HR technology landscape while delivering meaningful HR analytics that support strategic decision-making across the business.
Being part of the HR technology team will mean supporting the Bank wide role out, future roadmap development and maintenance of Workday HCM.
Through playing a key role in Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence management and Reporting and Analytic workstreams.
Also supporting other key HR platforms as well as delivering out the box MI and Data solutions.
Also being part of a team responsible for development of HR reporting dashboard.
- What you’ll do
- The role will play a key part in development and management of our HR tech landscape and HR Analytics delivery.
Being part of the HR technology team will mean supporting the Bank wide role out, future roadmap development and maintenance of Workday HCM.
Through playing a key role in Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence management and Reporting and Analytic workstreams.
- Also supporting other key HR platforms as well as delivering out the box MI and Data solutions. Also being part of a team responsible for development of HR reporting dashboards.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams to roll out sustainable solutions across HR tech landscape.
- Gather requirements, build, test and support the deployment of new functionality for multiple modules within various HR systems in line with the HR System strategy.
- Lead end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of current and new system improvements.
- Proactively review and test functionality from HR system releases to ensure business impacts are understood and areas for improvement are addressed.
- Provide functional support for end-users, helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues including building solutions if required.
- Provide training, demonstrations and documentation to business stakeholders as required.
- Maintain documentation of configuration, requirements, testing.
- Ensure access management recording is standardised with sufficient controls, reviewing on a regular basis in line with the Banks policy and in line with audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
- Undertake regular data cleansing of the HR systems and ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Work closely with HR to ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Support the MI Specialist in the development of standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics as and when required.
- Develops Analytical self-service solutions to meet the needs of end users.
- Support in implementing remediation action for any data quality issues identified as part of the HR Information Area Forum.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
- Undertake regular data cleansing of the HR systems and ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Operate in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager.
- What you’ll need
- Workday and HRIS is essential
- Experience in i Trent, Saba/Cornerstone would also be beneficial.
- Strong MI and analytical experiences are key.
- Advanced report writer and dashboard experience is essential.
- Intermediate to strong Excel skills are essential
- Experience in being part of cross-functional team projects independently.
- In-depth, hands-on experience in configuring HR systems
- Experience building end-to-end configuration of data integrations highly desirable.
- Strong problem solver, critical thinker, quick learner who works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, and collaboration skills.
