The Talent World is partnering with a well established business in Poole to appoint a Group HR Manager who will lead the HR department across the organisation. You will manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and compliance with employment laws.
You will keep HR policies, procedures and the Employee Handbook up to date, oversee payroll documentation, onboarding and leaver processes, and coordinate training, absence, holidays and risk assessments.
