  • GCSE grade C and above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Intermediate qualification in HR or Employment Law.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a HR advisory or Business Partnering role.
  • Experience of serious misconduct and gross misconduct hearings.
  • Experience of grievance investigations and hearings.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where planning, organising, prioritising and multi-tasking were required.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Even Better If You Bring
  • Experience working within the housing sector or have housing sector knowledge.
  • Experience working within the trades industry.
  • Experience working with workplace and external unions.
  • Delivered HR policy training/coaching to a varied audience.

What does a typical week look like?

As HR & Wellbeing Business Partner, you will support the organisation by providing HR expertise and support in relation to a wide range of HR issues and casework.

You will take a collaborative approach in actively coaching managers to ensure a pro‑active, best practice approach to promote effective employee relations.

The role will exemplify and promote the Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) culture, vision and values.
