A global private education organisation is looking for a Global Leadership Development Specialist to join on a permanent basis. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Support on the design and delivery of global leadership programs
  • Review all existing leadership offerings and programs
  • Design new leadership programs
  • Develop leadership behaviour and competency frameworks
  • Lead on job analysis and understand what other career opportunities competitors are offering
  • Partner with senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate new workshops: good presentation skills
  • Provide psychometric profiling for leaders to aid their development
  • Provide coaching to leaders
  • Partner with the L&D and talent team to support high potentials in their leadership development and identify capability gaps
  • Support in future-proofing the organisation

Profile:

  • Global experience
  • Ideally from an Occupational Psychology background
  • Experience of leadership development, coaching, and leading psychometric assessments
  • Experience working in the commercial sector
  • Good ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and alternate between different tasks
