Join our client as a Senior HR Advisor, where you will provide essential support and guidance across various HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and policy management.

- Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide advice and manage complex staff relations casework including grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absence, liaising with legal representatives as necessary.
- Ensure all human resources policies are in line with current legislation and updated appropriately.
- Coach managers on the organisation’s policies, practices, and processes, and support the delivery of manager's briefings.
- Lead on the maintenance of the human resources system data ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the administration function responsible for recruitment and onboarding, providing advice on complex situations to ensure processes are efficient and compliant.
- Provide direct line management for several members of the team, including supervision, workload management, and coaching.
- Support in driving change in the development and implementation of human resources protocols and processes.
- Deputise for the Human Resources Manager as necessary.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Proficient in HR systems; experience with Cascade is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of employment law.
