What You’ll Be Doing
As the HR Business Partner, you'll become the trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organisation, helping them build high-performing teams and exceptional leadership capability.
- You’ll
- Develop and deliver commercially focused HR and Human Resources strategies.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, organisational design and business growth.
- Provide expert HR guidance across employee relations, leadership coaching and performance management.
- Lead complex Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, investigations, absence management and organisational change.
- Support leaders through transformation, restructures and business change.
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion.
- Use HR data and people analytics to influence better business decisions.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and People Operations to create an outstanding employee experience.
- Mentor colleagues within the Human Resources function while helping shape future HR strategy.

- Commercial thinking combined with emotional intelligence.
- A passion for developing leaders and helping people succeed.
- Experience within technology, Saa S or professional services would be advantageous.
Qualifications

- Degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology.
- CIPD level 7 qualified
